At Gelin Diamond, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your experience is as seamless and brilliant as our jewelry.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry back into its original Gelin Diamond gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope with the packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
